Keep Up the Great Work, SPC!

For years Deerfield students have turned to SPAM for their weekend events. We have looked forward to annual favorites such as Disco and Sadies, yet often have been disappointed by weekends that simply offer yet another “Greer night.”

This year, however, we have been pelasantly surprised as we reap benefit after benefit from a newly-organized, highly-efficient Student Programming Committee. The weeks begin with spirited emails from Mr. McVaugh outlining the approaching Friday/Saturday/ Sunday schedule and allowing students to plan their weekend in advance.

Concocting fun, creative events such as the successful, after-curfew Junior broomball tournament, SPC has become a defining feature of fun at Deerfield Academy!
